Sussex Spirit

Since the gin revolution began in the early 00's Sussex has seen a blooming of craft distilleries. Most of these distilleries are focusing on craft gin production, although a few are producing other spirits such as vodka and rum. Today we are starting to see more wineries begin to produce grape based spirits from the left over pressings of their grape harvest and it seems only a matter of time until Sussex Brandy becomes commonplace.
