Description
A blend of 50% Gros Manseng and 50% Petit Manseng, fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and then aged for 6 months on its lees to create additional texture. The resulting wine is fresh and vivacious, with aromas of pear and green apple, making it perfect to enjoy as an aperitif or with dishes requiring acidity to balance their richness.
