Our latest IPA pours hazy and inviting in the glass, delivering a full spectrum of hop character from the first sip.
There’s a smooth, rounded mouthfeel throughout, lifted by a gentle bitterness that keeps it’s refreshingly mouthwatering. Juicy up front with a slightly dank, piney twist on the finish.
Idaho 7 hops lay down a subtle resinous backbone with hints of pine and stone fruit, while Citra brings bright citrus lift and Mosaic rounds things out with layers of tropical fruit and soft berry notes.
Expressive, drinkable and packed with character.

UnBarred was established in 2014 from the shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. They soon outgrew the shed and moved onto gypsy brewing, enabling them to grow production and hone their craft, working together with other fabulous breweries.
Since establishing their taproom and brewery in the heart of Brighton in August 2019, Unbarred Brewery have quadrupled their production and embraced the Brighton community that they call home. The core range is stocked nationwide, alongside ltd editions that embody the creativity, passion and freedom that have always defined their core ethos. Unbarred love to collaborate with other breweries that share those same values.
