A blend of 70% Roussanne, 15% Grenache Blanc and 15% field blend. Slightly floral on the nose with a hint of minerality and pastry. Honeysuckle, peaches and herbs shine through from the Rousanne supported by lovely texture, depth and weight from the Grenache Blanc. A salivating mouth, which is slightly saline and with juicy pear notes.
